We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP technical support team, ensuring the operational continuity of our global business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce best practices and security standards across the organization.
* Provide expert-level support to internal teams, guiding them through our service delivery model.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integrations and application development in SAP ECC and S/4.
* Drive digital transformation by implementing the Digital Decoupling strategy for S/4 applications.
* Promote innovation and new ways of working through DevOps and Scrum methodologies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 technical and development functionalities.
* Familiarity with ITIL framework and principles.
