Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service delivery, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and driving process improvements.

* At least 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery, Managed Services, IT Operations, or Enterprise Support role serving external customers
* Hands-on experience with incident management and ITSM practices (incident/problem/change)
* A track record of creating or improving SOPs/runbooks and training first-line/SRE teams
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. They should also be comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers (cloud, distributed systems) and explaining them in clear business terms to customers.
Key Features:
* 24/7 or extended-hours operations experience including on-call or follow-the-sun setups
* SOPs/runbooks creation/improvement skills as well as team training capabilities preferred.
