We’re hiring: Business Operations Analyst (Process & GTM)
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support process design, execution, and performance visibility across global go-to-market teams.
This role sits at the intersection of process, data, and business operations, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing
Map and optimize end-to-end processes across the commercial lifecycle (lead to deal to renewal)
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in current workflows
Define and standardize key metrics (conversion, pipeline health, deal velocity, renewals)
Build simple dashboards and reports to improve execution visibility
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams
Translate discussions into clear process documentation and actionable playbooks
What we’re looking for
Experience with process analysis and documentation
Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and metrics
Advanced Excel skills
Nice to have
Experience with Power BI or similar tools
Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
Experience working in cross-functional environments
