Key Responsabilities :
* Provide project leadership and direction, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
* Ensure Novonesis maintains and further develops a strong external position as an attractive employer
* Driving strategic projects in alignment with Head of Employee Relations and regional objectives
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while championing initiatives to harmonize, globalize and digitalize
* Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and address issues to ensure successful implementation within established deadlines and budget constraints
* Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
* Be an active part of the regional P&O team providing perspectives and insights on relevant matters
* Thinking strategically and aligning employee relations initiatives and project activities with broader organizational goals and objectives
* Drive and coordinate benefit program optimization for the Region with the support from Regional Rewards Partner and alignment with Head of Employee Relations & Projects
* Be an active part of the regional P&O team providing perspectives and insights on relevant matters
Requirements:
* Inspirational project leas who can motivate and set direction
* Strong execution focus: Plan, communicate, track, and mitigate
* Upholding high ethical standards and integrity especially when dealing with sensitive employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Effective communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation of ideas, and diplomatic expression
* The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, such as shifts in organizational priorities, evolving legal requirements, or unexpected project challenges
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders promoting cross regional initiatives and projects aligned with global guidelines
