You will be the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding through the lifetime of the account.
As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on our platform, ensuring seamless adaptation for our clients. Your primary objective will be to identify revenue-generating opportunities and deliver exceptional support to foster confidence in our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Navigate clients through our platform, introducing new features, addressing concerns, and resolving issues
* Foster long-term relationships by providing unmatched value and nurturing client growth
* Communicate effectively with clients via chat or video call, ensuring timely issue resolution and follow-up
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve account satisfaction
* Track daily tasks and report weekly performance according to assigned KPIs
* Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and platform features through ongoing self-education
Requirements:
* Proven experience in direct response marketing, strategy implementation, and negotiation
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese
* Excellent problem-solving, customer service, time management, and organization skills
* Able to work quickly and efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
