Project Coordinator Role
This role involves administrative project coordination and is not technical in nature.
The project coordinator will assist with planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects. This is an administrative role that focuses on scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.
This is a fully remote position in Eastern Standard Time (United States time zone). Fluency in spoken and written English is required as you will be collaborating with U.S.-based team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Perform quality assurance functions involving careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency
* Ensure timely and within-scope delivery of all projects
* Utilize appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance
* Nurture client and stakeholder relationships
* Oversee project lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, ensuring deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time
