We are seeking an independent consultant to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for customers.
* Provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency (written and spoken); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
* Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits:
Based in Brazil; with regional travel within Brazil and across Latin America required up to 20% of the time.
This is an independent consulting engagement. The consultant will be responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
