The Engine Engineering team manages South America AGCO Power engines, developing all necessary systems and applications. Our goal is to execute these activities considering legal requirements, strict timelines, performance, and optimal operating costs, ensuring quality and reliability. We use design technologies, simulation, component tests, and production process technologies in close partnership with Brazilian and global suppliers.Your ImpactDevelop new products or technologies to update existing ones, including engine components and applications.Ensure technical quality while meeting project timelines and budget targets, maintaining interfaces with customers, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing departments.Develop engineering solutions and calculations, release and review 3D models and 2D drawings.Prepare production release documentation and project presentations, support prototype acquisition and assembly.Conduct lab and field tests, validate engines and components, and approve final results.Utilize engineering and quality tools such as DVPR, DFMEA, 8D, and Design Quality to manage projects.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (with active CREA registration).Experience in design and development.Knowledge of Diesel Engine components, systems, and applications in vehicles and machinery.Experience with tools like Should Cost, DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Failure analysis).WorkplaceThis position is based in Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil, with a hybrid work format.We value diversity and inclusion, recognizing the innovation a diverse workforce brings.
