Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our delivery teams across various technological tracks. Your goal will be to achieve high customer satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Manage delivery for key customers across all technological tracks.
* Lead and manage teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Ensure regular updates to customer stakeholders sent through written reports.
* Conduct meetings with customers to review project progress.
* Achieve high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, must have worked with different models including onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex project challenges.
