You will drive growth through emotion-led ad creative, focusing on ads that spark nostalgia and feeling. The message should live in the visuals, pacing, and music, rather than long copy.
Your role includes:
 1. Owning visual creative strategy from concept to brief to edit to test to scale.
 2. Partnering with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
 3. Maintaining a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
Requirements include:
 * A proven record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
 * A strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
 * Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
 * Experience with UGC + short-form paid social media (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
