Commercial Impact Leader

* Drive new business expansion by leveraging existing relationships and opening high-value commercial opportunities
* Develop and expand strategic partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers
* Lead the full business development cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planning
* Translate scientific and technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions
* Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies
* Manage contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimisation across partnership lifecycles
* Support international expansion through new market development and strategic alliances
* Represent the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach.
Key Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within nutraceuticals, ingredients, food, or life sciences within South America.
* A well-established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem.
* Direct experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms.
* Proven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, hands-on environment.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
