Job Summary
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Territory Development Leader and office to manage trade relationships, implement plans, and monitor key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
* Work in close collaboration with the Territory Development Leader and office to implement plans and programs developed, and monitor KPI achievement.
* Maintain area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU, numeric and weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency, outlet drop size, OOS control, and excellent merchandising.
Requirements
* High school graduate or equivalent, with at least 2 years of field sales and driving experience in a multinational FMCG company.
* Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives, with a desire and ability to learn, adapt, and be flexible.
* Hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 1, 2, and 3.
