TSYS is a global payment processor operating in over 75 countries, processing billions of card transactions each year. We are seeking an experienced Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team.
This role involves establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing technical support and guidance. The successful candidate will assist in evaluating client requirements, converting them into detailed technical specifications, and presenting them internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, as well as previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs. They will also have advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
In this role, you will participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, ensuring that code releases do not negatively impact client operations. You will also take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of business processes and technical systems. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
