Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for anHR & Operations Administrative Support (Independent Contractor). Responsibilities include supporting the employee lifecycle by posting job ads, assisting with hiring processes, preparing and sending contracts, onboarding new agents, managing system access, preparing and reviewing payroll, and supporting workforce performance and attendance tracking.
This role will also assist with performance review coordination, employee relations support, terminations and offboarding processes, and ensuring all system access and tools are properly revoked when contracts end. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting leadership and operations teams.QualificationsStrong organizational and process management skills
Experience supporting HR, recruiting, operations, or administrative functions
Experience with onboarding, offboarding, or contract coordination
Experience working with remote teams is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Full Proficiency in English
High school diploma or equivalent; HR or administration certifications are advantageousRequirements =PC or laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM
