We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our organization. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in providing top-notch technical support and services.
The successful candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to solve complex problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* A strong foundation in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Deep knowledge of endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
The successful IT Specialist will be responsible for:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
* Serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests
* Monitoring and maintaining endpoint security
* Assisting with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning
* Conducting regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments
* Supporting cybersecurity initiatives
* Documenting processes, creating user guides, and training staff on new technologies and best practices
* Collaborating with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security
