* Identify emerging trends in voice talent compensation within the locale.
* Compile findings into a clear and concise report.
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in Portuguese (Brazil).
* Business proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Familiarity with the local voice talent industry, potentially as a voice talent, in casting, studio operations, or related fields such as media transcription or international language operations.
* Strong research and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
