About this Role:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to assist potential customers who reach out via chat, phone, or email, as well as those who have initiated—but not completed—rental inquiries (abandoned carts). With the introduction of our new AI tool, you'll also engage with users who require assistance in finalizing their AI-generated rental carts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with inbound leads to understand their needs and guide them through the rental process.
* Cart Recovery: Identify and re-engage users with abandoned carts, offering solutions to complete their bookings.
* Ai Tool Support: Assist customers in refining and finalizing rental selections generated by our Ai tool.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to streamline the quoting process and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the user experience.
* Crm Management: Maintain accurate customer activity logs in HubSpot.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the platform, tools, and vendor network to provide informed assistance.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically across various channels. Adaptability is key, quick to learn and adapt to new tools and processes, especially in a fast-paced tech environment.
Desired Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development roles.
* Familiarity with Crm tools like HubSpot.
* Understanding of the event rental industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
