Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies. You will recruit LATAM-based candidates and support U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. You will build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
You will leverage various sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling. Your goal is to evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
Additionally, you will post job advertisements across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites. You will partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS and tracking recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement will also be key responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
