Key Responsibilities

* Acts as a liaison between teams and stakeholders
* Documents project requirements and expectations
* Monitors project progress and ensures adherence to timelines
* Develops action plans to address project risks and issues
* Improves quality control processes
* Effectively resolves conflicts and negotiates
* Establishes measurable performance metrics
* Supports hiring efforts for various teams
* Ensures contracts are executed and payments cleared in a timely manner
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Proven experience in software development project management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
