Job Title: IT Service Management Developer
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain IT service management workflows and modules.
* Perform platform administration tasks, including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with an IT service management focus.
* Experience with platform administration and configuration.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
Desired Certifications:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
