We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.Experience LevelMid-level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)Key Responsibilities- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles- Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team- Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery- Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices- Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback- Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regionsRequired Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework);
