Description
- Manage logistics planning activities related to define, implement and control administrative process;
- Be able to evaluate warehousing capacity, demands from customers, production planning and resources;
- Implement guidelines to support planning, organizing and monitoring the results to achieve the goals;
- Define strategic projects for all brazilian locations (Automotive + Contitech) and promote sinergy within the groups;
- Manage logistics activities related to operations, such as planning, warehousing, transportation, customs, customer and suppliers relations, and lead the team to follow the defined rules and procedures;
- Responsible for premium freights approval and tracking by using reports and also to implement preventive actions to avoid such expense;
- Be able to support customer service attendance in case of escalations. Monitor customers KPI's and also support internal and external audits;
- Cooordinate advanced logistics activities from supply chain side, by managing phase in, phase out and new products launch;
- Support follow up activities in our suppliers, mainly in case of escalations and be able to perform technical visit to evaluate their capacity, ask for critical parts, generate new business among others;
- Design and optimize an efficient supply chain and an effective network infrastructure across Continental Brazil in terms of costs and working capital with high flexibility and high transparency in all supply and logistic streams;
- Monitor and control our providers service level throught defined KPI's and develop actions plan whenever the agreed service level is not fullfilled;
- Knowledge about duties which may affect our costs as well as initiatives to reduce it, such as RECOF, ex tariff and drawback.

- English language
- MBA
- SAP - Modules MM, SD and PP
- Incoterms - market and conti internal and related legislation
- Freight management (costs concept volume vs weight for air and sea-freight)
- Project Management
- NCM tariff code classification / ex-tariff definition
- IMEX : Customs clearance legislation - Brazilian market for import & export
- CBS Principles and Quality Requirements
- Knowlege at SCM on automotive industry
- Project management in a cross-divisional matrix structure (timeline, cost, savings, reporting etc.)
- Leadership experience
