* Build fast, reliable, and scalable features using our modern tech stack, including React Native, Node.js, and Redis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve user-centric outcomes.
* Design and deliver robust architecture prioritizing performance and maintainability.
* Contribute to a strong team culture through mentorship, pairing, and open feedback.
* 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
* Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
* Proven track record delivering production-grade mobile apps using React Native.
* Comfortable working across time zones and following remote-first best practices.
