SAP Technical Cutover Manager Job Description
Are you an experienced professional in SAP technical cutover management looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO.
2. Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks.
3. Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
4. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
