Key Responsibilities
* The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
* It is essential to guarantee that the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills are required to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
* The team member will be responsible for helping the team grasp and utilize Agile tools and techniques.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is necessary.
* Basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira or Trello, is preferred.
* An understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments would be beneficial.
* Eager to learn and grow in project management and cloud technology areas.
* Advanced proficiency in English is required.
* Certification, such as Certified Scrum Master, is a plus but not mandatory.
