About the Role
* This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate client business requirements and estimate effort needed to provide services and support.
* Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assist in resolving them.
* Maintain knowledge of client system environments and document client functionality, environment, and specific documentation.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
