Job Purpose and Impact
The Cocoa Product Manager will design and implement a comprehensive, cost-effective and sustainable plan for product line ingredients. We are looking for a professional who identifies market potential, establishes pricing and market strategies, manages the product portfolio and maximizes profitability through optimization and synergies with the production chain, processes and risky operations. Key Accountabilities
Prepare and coordinate product presentations and updates, local and global product supply and demand, and NY stock market fundamentals.
Identify and coordinate improvements to current product features and functionality.
Coordinate the strategic product plan, defining volume targets, product mix and margin in order to optimize the factory's production capacity and minimize the risks of raw material origination.
Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to achieve financial and budgetary goals and ensure portfolio profitability.
Manage the product life cycle as well as the P&L financial result.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to the appropriate team.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Solid related work experience
English Advanced/Fluent
Experience with Risk Management
Stakeholder management and influence leadership
Holistic vision and systems thinking to lead changes and solve complex problems
