Senior IT Technical Recruiter Position
This role is for a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to fill technical positions in the United States.
* Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven track record of successful technical recruitment with diverse information technology roles.
* Strong understanding of technology trends and ability to work effectively with technical professionals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with English language proficiency required; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and modern ATS systems.
