The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in technical support, with expertise in operating systems (Windows, macOS), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. They should also be familiar with horizontal and vertical application distribution, SCCM, Liquid, CDP Atom remote access virtual desktop MDM PXE boot Microsoft 365 collaboration suites hardware networking voice AV components security service desk/ITSM systems Itil communication problem-solving time management resilience teamwork results-oriented attention to detail
