The Senior Golang Developer will be responsible for leading technical initiatives driving architecture decisions and ensuring the successful implementation of Golang solutions.
The role will involve hands-on development mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership to the development team helping them make informed decisions and grow their skills.
* Actively participate in coding debugging and troubleshooting to contribute to the development effort while maintaining a focus on architectural excellence.
* Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and architectural guidelines.
* Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in the product.
* Leverage your knowledge of AWS services to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs coding guidelines and best practices.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Skill Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang.
* Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native development.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies e.g. Docker Kubernetes.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Advanced English.
* AWS certifications e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect It's plus.
