* To be successful, you will utilize Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to create dynamic applications that put the customer first.
* Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders is key in this role. You will work closely with them to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs that align with project objectives and industry best practices.
* You will also be responsible for creating technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project goals and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
About the Role
This position requires expertise in software development and experience working with Salesforce and its ecosystem of tools.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is highly desirable.
* Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to break down complex technical issues into manageable parts.
