This position involves collaborating with experienced professionals in the finance sector, supporting and executing high-profile mergers and acquisitions and private capital raise transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advanced Financial Modeling & Analysis: Analyze data, build complex financial models, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
* Deal Execution Support: Work closely with clients and internal partners to coordinate due diligence processes and prepare transaction documentation.
* Pitchbook & Presentation Development: Create pitch materials and management presentations to effectively communicate complex financial information.
* Market & Industry Research: Conduct thorough industry analyses, monitoring key competitive trends and macroeconomic factors.
Requirements:
* Proficient English language skills
* +2 years of experience in front-office investment banking
* Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills
* Strong work ethic, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
