We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Consultor Comercial to join our team, operating in two distinct areas: Trade and Human Resources Services. If you are passionate about sales and can adapt to different markets, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
Trade: Develop and implement sales strategies for trade products; identify new business opportunities and expand the client network; visit clients and present commercial proposals; monitor and analyze sales performance and competition.
Serviços de RH: Consult companies about customized human resources solutions; present services such as recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, outsourcing; build and maintain strong client relationships; monitor HR market trends and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably in trade or human resources.
Negotiation and effective communication skills.
Proactivity and ability to work autonomously.
Education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
