Design Visionary for Patient-Centric Solutions
This is a unique opportunity to shape the product experience from concept to prototype, driving positive change in patient care.
You will collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals, translating early concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
As a Founding Product Designer, you will lead founders through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping – iterating designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes, proficiency in advanced prototyping tools, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* Translate early concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
Requirements:
* Based in Brazil (CNPJ required) and advanced/fluent in English.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc).
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong ownership mentality – you'll be the only designer and an early voice in product direction.

* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications.

* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps.
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms.
* Experience working with early-stage startups.
* Familiarity with US-based HIPAA regulations and health tech security standards.
