We guarantee that our operations stay stable and robust during the life of the well.Partner with the bestResponsibilitiesAs a Laboratory Technical, you will be responsible for delivering services operation across wellsite in Brazil. You will primarily be responsible for the preparation, following the procedures and perform execution of operations to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client’s and Company’s satisfaction.Capable in the laboratory operation of Baker Hughes equipment, monitors and records the progression of service and use of materials at the job siteWorks closely with clients and other Baker Hughes Personnel while effectively delivering Cementing Services and Stimulation.Coordinates with employees on site while performing the job and assuring compliance with customer and Baker Hughes safety requirementsAssures that all Baker Hughes safety and operations policies and standard practices are adhered toMonitors and documents all maintenance on equipment or reports status to preclude unnecessary equipment down timeVerify laboratory data with internal customer and provide recommendationsMaintains an open and business-like relationship with the company representativeQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Technical Degree in a related fieldRegular situation with the CFT or CRQHave extensive experience in Laboratory Operation, direct working experience in Oil & Gas (preferable)Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsHave experience motivating the teamBe fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese and excellent all-round communication skillsLocation: MacaeWorking with usWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.This role is working with our customer on-site in locations across the region.
