Senior UX/UI Designer - Drive Innovation and User Experience

About the Role
* Conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs.
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration.
Requirements
* At least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
* Experienced in making designs for the web.
* Experience with Figma.
* Experience working closely with development teams.
* Able to apply UI/UX Design principles in an agile process.
