Agile Coach Role Overview
We are seeking an Agile Coach to support one to two Scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Implement SAFe practices, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for adoption
* Remove impediments impacting team progress, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
