??What You'll DoBuild and maintain ourcross-platform Flutter app, with atablet-first designand a slimmed-down phone experience.
Develop and maintain back-end services usingNode.js/TypeScriptandPostgreSQL.
Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly withdata scientists who are experts in the field.
Useagentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflowsto speed up development and improve quality.
Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
?What We're Looking For7+ yearsof total coding experience, with2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
Strong Flutter framework knowledge (state management, widgets, performance).
Proficiency withNode.js/TypeScriptfor back-end development.
Experience withPostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
Comfortablereading, writing, and speaking technical English(at least medium level).
?Nice-to-HavesExperience withGitHub Actionsfor CI/CD.
Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
