While we handle a wide range of projects, we specialize in kitchens and bathrooms—where craftsmanship, speed, and attention to detail truly set us apart.
We complete over 40 projects per year and have built a strong reputation for reliability, efficiency, and consistent delivery.
We are now looking for a SDR (Sales Development Representative) to help us expand our network and generate new business opportunities.
Role Overview:
As a SDR, your primary focus will be outreach with Architects and Interior Designers across Massachusetts and surrounding areas. These professionals play a key role in recommending contractors like Grauman Builders to home owners, so building trust and positioning our company as a reliable partner is essential.
The objective is to make Grauman Builders stand out via our heavy prescence in the current market.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to architects and designers from a provided database
* Build and maintain professional relationships for future
* Present Grauman Builders as a trusted and experienced contractor
* Generate qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline
* Maintain consistent follow-ups and communication
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Experience with cold calling or sales outreach
* Confidence speaking with professionals (architects, designers, etc.)
* Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally
* Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Compensation:
* Base salary + Comission
