This position involves managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, such as Average Order Value (AOV), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and more.
The SEM Specialist will be responsible for optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). This includes creative testing, ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve the strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads for DTC e-commerce brands
* Optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability
* Creative testing and ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates
* Competitor and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy
The successful candidate will have:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores, preferably Shopify
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Experience with remarketing and dynamic product ads
Bonus points will be given for familiarity with creative strategy and ad copywriting for e-commerce, knowledge of email marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance funnel efficiency, and experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion.
