This role will support a North American luxury ecommerce brand with nearly 20 years of experience. The company is a market leader with strong growth, a well-established reputation, and a wide customer base across the U.S. and Canada.
The Role
As a Virtual Interior Designer/ Stylist, you will be responsible for directing creative styling and art direction for furniture renders and room scenes. You will work closely with the 3D rendering team to conceptualize and direct visually compelling room scenes that resonate with brand identity, current design trends, and customer lifestyles.
This requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, market awareness, and the ability to translate brand essence into visually powerful interior concepts that drive sales through ecommerce and marketing channels.
You will:
* Direct the creative styling and art direction for furniture renders and room scenes.
* Develop styling concepts that reflect the brand's identity and target audience.
* Collaborate with 3D rendering artists to bring concepts to life with accuracy and visual impact.
* Research and apply emerging interior design trends to keep visuals modern and market-relevant.
* Select furniture pairings, color palettes, and décor elements to create balanced, compelling room settings.
* Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure renders meet styling and brand standards.
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals and seasonal launches.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in interior design, styling, or creative direction (ecommerce or furniture focus preferred).
* Strong knowledge of interior trends, design aesthetics, and consumer preferences in North American markets.
* Proven ability to create mood boards, style guides, and visual concepts.
* Experience collaborating with 3D rendering teams or digital visualization workflows.
* Excellent communication and feedback skills, with fluency in English for collaboration with North American teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styling projects simultaneously.
* AI-first mindset: openness to integrating AI tools for concepting, mood boarding, or visual enhancements.
