About the Role
The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving revenue expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead existing client relationships (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement account development plans to achieve sales targets, foster growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Pursue acquisition of new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
* IDentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of B2B business models and emerging trends.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
