Job Title
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site technical support for resolving incidents related to infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices.
* Perform monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
* Deliver desktop and user support for local staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Conduct preventive maintenance activities such as security checks, system health checks, and patch updates.
* Coordinate critical service requests with remote teams and external vendors as needed.
* Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
