Job Overview:
A seasoned Project Manager is sought after to lead Governance and New Demands initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in project management, governance, and application development.
The selected candidate will work on a hybrid model (1-2 times a week on-site), managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives. They will ensure structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
* New Demand Management: Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
* Service Introduction & Handover to Operations: Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
* Process Standardization: Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
* Performance & Reporting: Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
* Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
