About the Role
* You will define and lead design experiences across three core products – web and mobile.
* You will take ideas from concept to completion, taking into account feasibility, scope, and edge cases.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct and manage full research process from planning and scheduling to execution and synthesis.
* Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and account for error states.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
* Establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience by creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Strong proficiency with Figma and ability to translate requirements into simple design solutions.
* Experience designing for similar users (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals) is preferred.
Work Expectations and Environment
* The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America.
* Flexible work hours, with regular meetings that require your attendance.
* The team relies heavily on collaboration tools like Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
* This is a full-time role, compensated as a contractor.
Interview Process

* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project, presenting your work during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
