POSITION SUMMARY: We are hiring an Account Sales Manager Contractor responsible for developing joint business relationships with Contractor accounts, driving incremental sales, and increasing customer share of wallet through strategic planning. The focus is on customer lifetime value and overall commitment to Andersen.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive strategic business planning and propose solutions to grow profitable Andersen business and expand customer relationships.
* Collaborate via team selling to ensure effective execution of opportunities.
* Present strategies for business improvement using Andersen solutions and market insights.
* Develop strategies for engaging key stakeholders on specific deals.
* Engage in joint selling efforts with customers.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years relevant selling experience.
* Strong ability to develop business relationships with trade customers, channel partners, and peers.
* Analytical skills and fact-based planning experience.
* Disciplined use of CRM and sales methodologies.
* Ability to understand customer needs and market trends to create mutually beneficial strategies.
* Experience presenting solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
* Ability to work collaboratively in team selling environments.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Knowledge of the dealer channel.
* Experience with Salesforce.
* Residence in the assigned territory.
COMPENSATION: Salary ranges from $76,078 to $117,922 plus incentives, based on experience, education, location, and certifications. Specific packages will be discussed during hiring.
