We seek an experienced Product Designer to lead our team's product design processes.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user-centered design for B2B software, a track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products, and experience working closely with stakeholders in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
* Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
About This Role
This position requires a highly skilled and strategic Product Designer who can lead our team's product design efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design user-centered solutions for B2B software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end product design processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, and designing intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products.
The role also involves conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
In addition, the Product Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs, and create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
