Role Description
This full-time on-site Healthcare Specialist role is located in Mário Campos, MG. The Healthcare Specialist will provide support in delivering high-quality dermatology care by assisting with medical procedures, patient education, and healthcare training. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between patients and clinical staff, supporting medical assessments, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. The specialist will also help maintain the clinic's operational and clinical standards to deliver exceptional care experiences.
Qualifications
* Experience or certification in Emergency Medical Training (EMT) and fundamental knowledge in healthcare practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and collaborate with clinical teams
* Background in medicine or related fields, with a solid understanding of dermatological procedures and principles
* Ability to deliver healthcare training and educate patients on procedures, treatments, and preventive care
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a patient-focused approach
* Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred
* Proficiency in Portuguese; knowledge of English is a plus
