This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a focus on revenue growth. The ideal candidate is dynamic, goal-oriented, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention:Retain a large book of business by renewing expiring contracts successfully.Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify improvement areas.Identify at-risk accounts proactively and develop strategies to educate and offer solutions.Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication.Revenue Generation:Identify and pitch upsell opportunities such as new products or increased spend.Partner with Solutions Engineers to develop and present proposals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management; sales experience is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Proactive, results-driven, and motivated.Please submit your resume in English.Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
