Job Title: 3D Designer
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer to join our Creative team, specializing in high-fidelity, marketing-grade 3D rendering, imagery, and product animation. The successful candidate will have expertise in Cinema 4D, experience with Octane Render, and a strong portfolio that showcases commercial-style 3D visualizations.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for generating stunning, hyper-realistic 3D visuals, clean motion assets, and sophisticated compositing work (photomontages) across our diverse portfolio of brands. You will collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and other team members to translate creative concepts into precise, high-quality visuals, ensuring consistent and professional execution for all our business-focused content.
* Develop high-end, hyper-realistic product and lifestyle scenes, including advanced image compositing (photomontages), from various reference materials.
* Create professional 3D product animations (e.g., product rotations, camera moves, and simple showcases).
* Help us set new standards for the modeling, texturing, lighting of our products, with an absolute dedication to visual authenticity.
* Accurately translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
* Develop high-resolution final images and video assets of rendered content.
* Successfully balance and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
* Work with varied project briefs, cooperate with Graphic Designers, and support the wider Creative team.
* Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, adapting to the distinct visual approaches required for our various brands.
Key Qualifications:
* Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D.
* Experience with Octane Render is highly preferred.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in high-definition, commercial-style 3D visualizations, expert image compositing, and 3D animation.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
* 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer, ideally in a graphic/animation studio, advertising agency, or an in-house creative department.
* Education to degree level in Design or a related subject (e.g., Graphic Design, Product Design, Animation, or Motion Design).
